Screw-Mixer to be mounted directly on top of the production machine for the optimal mix of new and ground material
In order to produce high quality products out of new and ground/reclaimed material, it is imperative to assure a good mixture of new and ground/reclaimed material.
Usually vacuum conveying units with integrated switches (to changed from new to grind/regenerate units are used.
These units always create layers of new material and grind / regenerated material.
This means that in turn only new material or grind / reclaimed material is being processed.
The screw mixer
TORO-systems FG - Mixer
is mounted directly on top of the processing machine.
Its independent screw is assuring best mixing results.
Segregation can be safely avoided unlike with simple "blade mixers".
